Bartender

Luke’s on Front, a high-volume rooftop restaurant and bar in the heart of Old Town Temecula, is looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team. With a full 360° bar and a reputation for craft cocktails, stunning views, and elevated service, we need someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Compensation: $16.50/hour plus tips

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years bartending experience in a high-volume setting
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid RBS Certification (Responsible Beverage Service)
  • Valid Riverside County Food Handlers Card
  • Comfortable with both bartending and serving duties as needed
  • Must be comfortable working in hot and cold weather — our open-air rooftop concept operates year-round
  • Must be able to perform basic arithmetic quickly and accurately (cash handling, tabs, tip-outs, etc.)
  • Open availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays

Server

Luke’s on Front, a high-volume rooftop restaurant and bar in the heart of Old Town Temecula, is looking for an experienced Server to join our team. Our servers are the face of the guest experience — delivering polished, attentive service while guiding guests through our food and beverage offerings in an upscale, fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $16.50/hour plus tips

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Minimum 1 year of high-volume serving experience (upscale dining preferred)
  • Valid RBS Certification (Responsible Beverage Service)
  • Valid Riverside County Food Handlers Card
  • Experience with wine, beer, and liquor — ability to upsell and make recommendations
  • Strong sales orientation with proven ability to maximize guest checks through suggestive selling
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
  • Team-oriented attitude with a focus on collaboration and efficiency
  • Open availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays

Barback

Luke’s on Front is looking for a high-energy, experienced barback to support our fast-paced, high-volume rooftop bar. Our barbacks are essential in keeping service running smoothly, ensuring bartenders have what they need while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role requires speed, efficiency, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, glassware, and garnishes throughout the shift.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down stations, clearing empty glasses, and removing trash.
  • Assist bartenders by preparing ingredients, cutting garnishes, and replenishing ice.
  • Handle keg changes and ensure proper storage of bar supplies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate with bartenders and management about restocking needs.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and anticipate bartender needs without relying on direct instruction.
  • Be comfortable working in outdoor weather conditions.
  • Lift heavy items such as kegs and cases of liquor (must be able to lift 50 lbs).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months of barback or high-volume restaurant experience.
  • Weekend Availability
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Valid RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certification.
  • Current Riverside County Food Handler’s Card.
  • Ability to work quickly, stay organized, and multitask effectively.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items.
