At Luke's, we offer the flexibility to design a custom prefix 3-course menu tailored to your preferences and budget. Personalized menus are presented to each guest with the event name, date, and matching theme and color to enhance the special day.

Curated Culinary Selections

Alternatively, if you prefer another option, you may select from our menu of 6-7 entrees to present to your guests. Additionally, you can select appetizers to feature on the menu or preselect appetizers to be shared among each table. This is our most popular option. The cost for this option is based on the menu prices for the items you select.

Important Notes

  • No outside food is permitted (exceptions made for cakes).
  • All our food is fresh, organic, and grass-fed. We do not use heat lamps or microwaves.
  • Dietary options available, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and keto, to accommodate various preferences and restrictions.

Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette Salad
Organic Field Greens, with Organic Tomatoes, Onions, and Feta Cheese, drizzled homemade Cilantro Lime Vine (GF)

Plated Sit Down Dinner Entrees:

  1. Robins Nest Chicken (Can Be Made GF)
    Lightly breaded Organic Chicken, served on top of Garlic mashed potatoes with a drizzle of Lemon Caper Sauce (GF)
  2. Seafood Pasta
    Linguini pasta, Russian Vodka Sour Cream Sauce, Shrimp, Scallops, Crab & Clams
  3. 10oz. Filet (GF)
    Served with Garlic Mash Potatoes & assorted Vegetables (Grass-Fed & Organic)
  4. Stuffed Mushroom (Vegetarian, GF)
    Stuffed Portobello Mushroom, whipped Brie Cheese Mousse, Crispy Leeks served on a bed of Basil Quinoa
  5. Fresh Salmon
    Jasmine White Rice with Organic Vegetables and a Light Caper Sauce on top of the Fresh Salmon
